Taihu Lake Bridge opened to traffic opened to traffic on Oct. 25, 1994. It is the longest bridge over the inland lake in China, has linked the town with Suzhou state-level lake Tai Lake Tourist & Holiday Resort just like a beautiful rainbow. It’s 4308 meters in length and has 181 piers.
Suzhou falls within north subtropical monsoonal climate zone with abundant rainfall, clear seasons and temperate and humid climate. The four seasons are suitable for travel, especially from April to October.
